Quinoa Vegetable Feta Salad

  • 1 cup Cooked quinoa
  • 1/2cup Ripped avocado cubes 
  • 1/2cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2cup Chopped Cucumber
  • 1/2cup Capsicum (red/yellow/green)
  • 50g D'lecta Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup Black olives
  • 1/2cup Chopped Parsley
  • 1/2cup Chopped onion
  • Balck pepper & Salt (to taste)
  • DRESSING:
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil 
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Honey

The Perfect Salad Cheese Recipe


  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour the dressing over it and toss well.
  3. Serve immediately.
