D’lecta Dark Ganache is a Cocoa based paste that can be used for layering and frosting cakes and pastries.

It is equivalent to the performance of a Ganache made from chocolate and dairy cream.

It is made from vegetable fat and gives more stability and shelf life in the Indian environmental conditions.
