200gNacho chips

200gD’Lecta cheese sauce

A handfulChopped Iceberg lettuce

20Jalapenoes slices

10Olives cut into halves

1/2Diced Red pepper

For the salsa,

2Pureed Tomato

1Chopped Cucumber

1 and 1/4Chopped Onion

2Chopped Jalapeno chillies

A handfulChopped Coriander

2 tbspLemon juice

1 tbspCumin powder

Salt to taste

For guacamole,


1Chopped Green chilli

1/2Diced Tomato

A pinchPepper


For the guacamole, peel and crush the avocado with a fork or in a mortar and pestle.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Keep aside.

For the salsa, mix together all the ingredients and keep aside.

For assembly, divide the nachos in 4 plates.

Put some lettuce, olives, pepper and jalapenos on top of them.

Pour the cheese sauce on top and serve with guacamole and salsa.
