50gD’Lecta unsalted butter

50gCaster sugar

50gHoney or golden syrup



Preheat an oven at 160°C.

Melt butter, sugar and honey in a pan on a slow heat.

Add the flour and mix well until smooth.

Switch off the flame and pour the mixture in a clean bowl and let it cool.

Once cooled, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Make small balls out of the mixture, approximately 10g each and put on a baking tray very widely spaced apart.

Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and wait for a minute.

After that, roll each brandy snap quickly over the handle of a wooden spoon in case you want to make it into a roll or put it in a mini tart mould in case you want it as a cup.

Let it cool and store in an airtight container for upto a week.
