Cheese, Chilli and Sesame Biscuits

1/2 tbspChilli powder
1 tbspRoasted and crushed Jeera
150gChilled and Diced D’Lecta unsalted butter
150gGrated D’Lecta processed cheese
1 tbspD’Lecta cow milk
1 tbspWhite sesame seeds
1 tbspBlack sesame seeds
Mix together the flour, chilli powder, salt, roasted and crushed jeera.
Add the butter and mix with your fingers until they resemble breadcrumbs.
Add the grated processed cheese and mix well.
Add a tablespoon of water if required to form a dough.
Make the dough in a shape of a log 5 cm in diameter and wrap in aluminium foil and chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat an oven at 180°C.
Slice the dough into 1 cm rounds and place them on a parchment lined baking tray.
Brush the surfaces of the biscuits with milk and sprinkle black and white sesame seeds on top.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Remove, let them cool and store in airtight container for 4-5 days.
