800gBoneless chicken

1 tbspGinger garlic paste

1 tbspOil

2 tbspLemon juice

1/2 cupD’Lecta creme

1/2 cupD’Lecta cream cheese

1 tbspChilli powder

1 tbspCumin powder

2 tbspCoriander powder

1 tbspOnion paste

1 tbspKasuri methi

1 tbspGaram masala powder

1 tbspSalt


Cut the boneless chicken into bite size pieces.

Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste and lemon juice and leave it for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, whisk together the all the remaining ingredients and keep aside.

Take the chicken from the first marinade and put in the cream cheese mixture.

Leave the chicken marinated in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

You can cook this chicken in different ways:

a. Skewer the chicken pieces on metal skewers and cook them on top of a sigree or in a tandoor.

b. Heat a non stick pan and brush the pan with oil and then put the chicken pieces in batches on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes on each side.

c. Preheat an oven at 200°C and then put the chicken pieces on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes until done.

Serve hot with sliced onions and mint chutney.
