400gBoneless chicken cut into strips

75gD’Lecta unsalted butter

50gPeeled and sliced Shallots

175gSliced Mushrooms


50mlChicken stock

75gGherkins cut into strips

10gMustard paste

325gD’Lecta crème

Salt to taste

Pepper a pinch


Heat 50g butter in a pan.

Add the shallots and sauté until golden.

Add the mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Add the brandy and let the alcohol evaporate.

Add the stock, gherkins, mustard paste and the crème.

Let it reduce for 15 minutes.

In another pan, heat the remaining butter and sauté the chicken strips in it for 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add the sauce and mix well.

Let it simmer for 5 minutes until the chicken is well cooked and the sauce has a coating consistency.

Serve hot with rice.
