440ml D’Lecta cow milk

440mlD’Lecta crème

130gCaster sugar

1/2 tbspVanilla essence

20Egg yolks



Bring milk, crème and vanilla essence to a boil.

Let it cool down until room temperature.

Whisk together the egg, sugar and the egg yolks together.

Whisk in the milk until mixed together.

Pour the mixture in individual crème brulee dishes.

Put the dishes in a deep baking tray filled with warm water.

Bake in an oven which is preheated to 120°C for around 30 minutes until just set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.

Chill in the fridge for atleast 2 hours.

Cover the surface of the crème brulee with brown sugar.

Burn the top of the sugar with a blow torch until caramelized.

Serve immediately.
