150g Dark chocolate

1 tbspGrated Dark chocolate

75gD’Lecta creme

150gD’Lecta whipping cream


Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and keep aside.

Boil the creme in a pan and pour over the chocolate immediately.

Stir to form a smooth sauce.

Whip the whipping cream and fold in the chocolate sauce.

Pour in individual glasses and keep in the refrigerator to set.

Serve chilled garnished with grated chocolate.
