Garlic Cheese Melts

INGREDIENTS

1Baguette

4 tbspD’Lecta table butter

3Chopped Garlic

2Chopped Green chilli

1/2 tbspCoarsely ground Black pepper

1 tbspLemon juice

A handfulChopped Parsley

Salt to taste

1/2 cupGrated D’Lecta mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS

Preheat an oven at 200°C.

Slice the baguette diagonally of approximately 1 cm thickness.

Mix together the butter, garlic, parsley, chilli, black pepper and salt.

Apply this butter to all the slices on one side.

Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes or under a hot grill until golden.

Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top of the bread slices.

Bake it again for a minute until the cheese melts.

Serve hot.
