INGREDIENTS

1 tbspD’Lecta unsalted butter

2 tbspChopped Shallots

2Chopped Garlic

2 tbspWhite wine

100mlD’Lecta crème

300gD’Lecta cheese spread

Cubes of bread

DIRECTIONS

Heat butter in a pan.

Add the shallots and garlic and sauté for a minute.

Add the white wine and let it evaporate.

Add the crème and the cheese spread.

Mix with a wooden spoon until smooth.

Serve warm on a fondue pot with cubes of bread.
