Baked Stuffed Mushrooms
- 24, largeButton mushrooms
- 6, choppedSundried tomatoes
- 6, choppedBlack olives
- 1 tbspDlecta unsalted butter
- 1/2 cupDlecta mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp, choppedCoriander
- 2 tbspBreadcrumbs
- To tasteSalt
- A pinchPepper
Preheat an oven at 200°C.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop finely.
Heat butter in a pan, add the mushroom stems and sauté for a minute.
Add the sundried tomatoes and olives to the pan and sauté for another minute.
Switch off the flame and add breadcrumbs and freshly chopped coriander.
Season with salt and pepper and mix grated mozzarella cheese to it.
Stuff each mushroom with the cheese mixture and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
