  • 175 gChocolate chip cookies
  • 50 g, meltedDlecta unsalted butter
  • 500 gDlecta cream cheese
  • 1 tspVanilla essence
  • 300 gDlecta whipping cream
  • 400 g, melted plus 100 g for garnishDark chocolate
  • 20 plus 5 for garnishCanned cherries
  • 4 tbspBrandy (optional)
Step 1

Crush the chocolate chip biscuits with a rolling pin and mix the melted butter in it.

Step 2

Take a 20 cm loose bottom cake tin and put the biscuit mixture at the base and level it with a spoon.

Step 3

Beat the cream cheese with the vanilla essence until smooth.

Step 4

Beat the whipping cream with the brandy until soft peaks.

Step 5

Fold the cream into the cream cheese and then fold the melted chocolate in the same mixture.

Step 6

Add the cherries and mix gently.

Step 7

Pour the mixture on top of the biscuit mixture and keep in the refrigerator for chilling.

Step 8

Chill it for atleast 2-3 hours, and then before serving, garnish with the remaining cherries and shavings of the remaining chocolate.
