  • 200 gmsKabuli chana (cooked)
  • 100 gmsD’lecta Feta Cheese
  • 20 gmsD’lecta unsalted butter
  • 1 tspCumin seed
  • 1Medium onion finely chopped
  • 1Garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 piece gingerPeeled and finely chopped or grated
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1 red chillyDeseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tspGround coriander
  • 1 tspGround cumin
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspPaprika
  • 200 gmsTomato
  • 1/2Lemon juice
  • 200 gmsSpinach
Step 1

Heat a large non-stick pan and put butter add cumin seeds for 1 min, stirring often, while they pop. Remove and set aside.

Step 2

Add the onion, garlic, ginger and chilli, and sauté over a medium heat for about 3 mins.

Step 3

Reduce the heat, add all the spices, stir well and cook for a further 2 mins.

Step 4

Add the tomatoes, add Kabuli chana and 200ml water.

Step 5

Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 mins.

Step 6

Stir in the lemon juice and spinach.

Step 7

Let the spinach cook, then remove the pan from the heat.

Step 8

Sprinkle feta on top and serve hot.
