Cheddar Aloo Patty
- 30 gms, gratedDlecta Cheddar Cheese
- 3Medium sized potatoes boiled & peeled
- 30 gmsAraroot
- 20 gms, choppedGreen peas
- 10 gms,choppedCarrot
- 10 gms, choppedBeans
- 5 gms, choppedCapsicum
- 10 gms, choppedGreen chillies
- As requiredSalt
- OilFor frying
Making The Patty:
In a big bowl mash the potatoes and salt.
To the mashed potatoes mix araroot and form soft dough.
Boil all veggies together.
Mix all veggies with grated cheddar cheese.
Now stuff mix of veggies and cheese in mashed aloo pocket.
Cover it properly.
Form a nice flat patty.
In flat pan,fry patties in oil over medium heat until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.Serve hot.
TIP: Tastes best with green chatni OR add to your burger bun.
