CHEDDAR AND CHILLI SCONES
- 200 gSelf raising flour
- 50 gD’Lecta Unsalted butter
- 25 gOats
- 150 mlD’lecta cow milk
- 75 g,gratedD’lecta natural cheddar
- 1 tbspChilli flakes
Preheat an oven at 220°C.
Rub the flour with the butter.
Add oats to the flour mixture alongwith the cheddar and chilli flakes.
Add the milk and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
Roll the dough flat around 2 cm thickness.
Cut into rounds using a 4 cm cutter.
Bake the scones in the oven for 12-15 minutes until well risen and golden..
Remove from the oven and serve with soft cream cheese.
