  • 200 gSelf raising flour
  • 50 gD’Lecta Unsalted butter
  • 25 gOats
  • 150 mlD’lecta cow milk
  • 75 g,gratedD’lecta natural cheddar
  • 1 tbspChilli flakes
Step 1

Preheat an oven at 220°C.

Step 2

Rub the flour with the butter.

Step 3

Add oats to the flour mixture alongwith the cheddar and chilli flakes.

Step 4

Add the milk and knead the mixture into a soft dough.

Step 5

Roll the dough flat around 2 cm thickness.

Step 6

Cut into rounds using a 4 cm cutter.

Step 7

Bake the scones in the oven for 12-15 minutes until well risen and golden..

Step 8

Remove from the oven and serve with soft cream cheese.
