Cheddar Cheese Paratha
- 250 gmsWheat flour
- 200 gmsGrated Broccoli
- 50 gmsChopped Onion
- 20 gmsChopped coriander
- 10 gmsChopped green chilly
- 30 gmsD'lecta unsalted butter
- 200 gmsD’lecta Cheddar Cheese(Grated)
- 5 gmsJeera powder

Take a bowl and sieve flour in it.Mix salt and butter with flour.Knead a soft dough.
After the dough is kneaded, cover the bowl with a cloth.Leave it for 30 min.
Combine together grated broccoli, chopped onion, coriander, chillies, salt, jeera powder, grated cheddar cheese in a bowl keep it aside.
Take out 80g balls from the dough and stuff them with above filling. Roll the balls in the round shapes, that of a chapati.
Meanwhile heat the nonstick tawa.Put some butter and place the paratha on tawa.
Cook the paratha for 2-3 minutes and flip the paratha.Paratha should be golden brown.
It is important to cook paratha on low heat.Again brush the paratha with butter all around and flip it again in about 2 minutes.
Paratha should be golden brown both sides for crispness. Paratha should take about five minutes to cook nicely. Serve hot.
