  • 1 tbspDlecta cow ghee
  • 2, slicedOnions
  • 1/2 inch,gratedGinger
  • 2-3Cardamom
  • 1 stickCinnamon
  • 1/4 cupYoghurt
  • 1/4 cupDlecta cream
  • 1/2 cupDlecta natural cheddar
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • To tasteSalt
  • A pinchBlack pepper
  • 1/4 cupSpinach puree
  • 400 gBoneless chicken
  • 100 g, slicedCarrots
  • 50 g, slicedGreen peas
  • 50 g, slicedFrench beans
Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan.

Step 2

Add cinnamon, cardamom and onions and saute till light brown in colour.

Step 3

Add the ginger and saute for a minute.

Step 4

Add chilli powder and mix well.

Step 5

Add the boneless chicken and saute for a couple of minutes till the outside of the chicken is sealed.

Step 6

Mix the cream and yoghurt together and add to the chicken along with green peas, french beans and carrots.

Step 7

Let it cook for 10 minutes, then add the grated cheddar and spinach puree to the curry.

Step 8

Mix well and serve immediately.Season it with salt and pepper.Serve with rice.
