CHEDDAR THIN CRISP BISCUITS
- 70 gFlour
- 50 gDlecta butter
- 100 gDlecta natural cheddar
- To tasteSalt
- A pinchBlack pepper
- 1 tspGarlic powder
- 1/2 tspChilli powder
- A handfulFresh herbs
Mix the butter and cheese together until well combined into almost like a paste.
Add the salt, herbs and spices.
Add the flour and knead gently to a smooth dough.
Roll the dough into a log of roughly 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch diameter and wrap in cling film and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Preheat an oven at 200 degree celcius.
Remove the log from the fridge and slice it thinly.
Arrange on a parchment lined baking tray.
Poke the biscuits with a fork.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
Store in airtight container upto a week.
