Cheese and Vegetable Croquettes

- 1/2 Boiled and finely chopped carrot
- 1/4Finely chopped capsicum
- 1 tbspBoiled Green peas
- 1 tbsp Boiled corn
- 1 Finely chopped Green Chilli
- A handful Chopped coriander
- 6 tbspD’Lecta cheese spread
- 8 Slices of bread
- 2 cups Oil
Mix together the carrots, capsicum, green peas, corn, green chilli, coriander and the cheese spread together.
Take the bread slices and trim off the sides.
Take a bowl of water, dip each bread slice into the bowl and squeeze the excess water.
Fill each bread slice with the vegetable mixture and make it into a round shape.
Repeat with the remaining vegetable mixture.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Deep fry the bread rolls in hot oil until golden and crisp.
Serve hot with ketchup.
