  • 1/2 Boiled and finely chopped carrot
  • 1/4Finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 tbspBoiled Green peas
  • 1 tbsp Boiled corn
  • 1 Finely chopped Green Chilli
  • A handful Chopped coriander
  • 6 tbspD’Lecta cheese spread
  • 8 Slices of bread
  • 2 cups Oil
Step 1

Mix together the carrots, capsicum, green peas, corn, green chilli, coriander and the cheese spread together.

Step 2

Take the bread slices and trim off the sides.

Step 3

Take a bowl of water, dip each bread slice into the bowl and squeeze the excess water.

Step 4

Fill each bread slice with the vegetable mixture and make it into a round shape.

Step 5

Repeat with the remaining vegetable mixture.

Step 6

Heat oil in a kadai.

Step 7

Deep fry the bread rolls in hot oil until golden and crisp.

Step 8

Serve hot with ketchup.
