- 4slices D’Lecta sliced cheese
- 1cup D’Lecta cow milk
- 50gCaster sugar
- 1/2tbsp Cinnamon powder
- 4 tbsp D’Lecta table butter
Mix together the milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon powder.
Take the bread slices and make 4 sandwiches with a cheese slice in between each.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a non stick pan.
Dip the cheese sandwich in the milk batter such that the sandwich is completely covered.
Lift the sandwich and let it drain the excess mixture for a few seconds.
Put the sandwich on the non stick pan and cook for a minute on each side on medium flame until golden.
Repeat with the remaining sandwiches.
Cut in two and serve.
