  • 400 g, cut into stripsChicken boneless
  • 50 g plus 25 gDlecta unsalted butter
  • 50 gShallots, peeled and sliced
  • 175 g, slicedMushrooms
  • 50 gBrandy
  • 50 mlChicken stock
  • 75 g, cut into stripsGherkins
  • 10 gMustard paste
  • 325 gDlecta Dairy cream
  • To tasteSalt
  • A pinchPepper
Step 1

Heat 50g butter in a pan.

Step 2

Add the shallots and sauté until golden.

Step 3

Add the mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4

Add the brandy and let the alcohol evaporate.

Step 5

Add the stock, gherkins, mustard paste and the cream

Step 6

Let it reduce for 15 minutes.

Step 7

In another pan, heat the remaining butter and sauté the chicken strips in it for 2 minutes.

Step 8

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 9

Add the sauce and mix well.

Step 10

Let it simmer for 5 minutes until the chicken is well cooked and the sauce has a coating consistency.

Step 11

Serve hot with rice.
