- 400 g, cut into stripsChicken boneless
- 50 g plus 25 gDlecta unsalted butter
- 50 gShallots, peeled and sliced
- 175 g, slicedMushrooms
- 50 gBrandy
- 50 mlChicken stock
- 75 g, cut into stripsGherkins
- 10 gMustard paste
- 325 gDlecta Dairy cream
- To tasteSalt
- A pinchPepper
Heat 50g butter in a pan.
Add the shallots and sauté until golden.
Add the mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add the brandy and let the alcohol evaporate.
Add the stock, gherkins, mustard paste and the cream
Let it reduce for 15 minutes.
In another pan, heat the remaining butter and sauté the chicken strips in it for 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the sauce and mix well.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes until the chicken is well cooked and the sauce has a coating consistency.
Serve hot with rice.
