- 100 gmsAlmond paste
- 15 gmsLiquid glucose
- 40 gmsCondensed milk
- 60 gmsDlecta unsalted butter
- 100 gmsFlour
- 40 gmsChocolate sao palme 60 %
- 40 gmsCandied orange
- 1Orange zest
- 70 gmsDlecta premium milk
- 2 gmsBaking powder
In a mixing bowl combine almond paste , glucose , condensed milk , orange zest and butter to make a paste.
In another bowl,combine the flour and baking powder.
Fold half the dry mixture in to the wet mixture.
Combine the second half of the dry mixture to the chopped chocolate and orange zest.
Fold in all the dry mixture to the liquid mixture and mix.
Add the milk and mix till incorporated.
Transfer into travel cake mould.
Bake for 160 degree for 45 mins.
