Cool Cucumber and Dill Dip
- 100 gDlecta cream cheese
- 4 tbspDlecta cream
- To tasteSalt
- 1 tbspLemon juice
- A handful, choppedDill leaves
Peel and grate the cucumber and squeeze tightly till all the excess liquid is removed.
Whisk the cream cheese and cream together, add the squeezed cucumber to it.
Season with salt and lemon juice and add the chopped dill leaves.
Serve with vegetable crudités or bread.
