Cream Cheese Momos
- For Dimsum:
- 250 gmsFlour
- 5 gmsSalt
- 15 mlOil
- For Stuffing:
- 150 gmsDlecta cream cheese
Firstly in a large mixing bowl take flour and salt.
Add Luke warm water and knead dough for at least 5 minutes with oil.
Knead to a smooth and soft dough adding water as required.
Stuffing method : Take a small portion of dough and roll with rolling pin.
Stuff cream cheese and start pleating the edges slowly and gather everything.
Press in middle and seal the momos forming a bundle.
Steaming method :
Heat a steamer and grease with oil.
Arrange the momos in the tray without touching each other.
Steam the momos for 10-12 minutes or till shiny sheen appears over it.
