Fresh Fruits with Custard and Cream cheese topping
- 200 gFresh Fruits mixed
- 50 gCustard Powder
- 100 gDlecta Premium Milk
- 100 gDlecta Cream Cheese
- 50 gDlicia Non-Dairy Whip Topping
- Few DropsTomato red colour
- 1 dropYellow food Colour
Whisk together 20 gms of milk with custard powder.
Heat the remaining milk and add the custard powder mix.
Bring it to a boil whisking constantly. Set it aside to cool.
Once cooled add in the chopped mixed fresh fruits and a drop of tomato red food colour.
Layer this mix on the bottom of a baking dish.
Whip the non-dairy whip topping to stiff peaks.
Soften the cream cheese and fold into the whipped cream.
Add very little yellow food colour so that the colour resembles that of mashed potatoes.
Pipe this cream on top of the fruit custard with a plain round tip and Serve.
