- 4 tbspD’Lecta table butter
- 3Chopped Garlic
- 2Chopped Green chilli
- 1/2 tbspCoarsely ground Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- A handful Chopped Parsley
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Grated D’Lecta mozzarella cheese
Preheat an oven at 200°C.
Slice the baguette diagonally of approximately 1 cm thickness.
AMix together the butter, garlic, parsley, chilli, black pepper and salt.
Apply this butter to all the slices on one side.
Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes or under a hot grill until golden.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top of the bread slices.
Bake it again for a minute until the cheese melts.
