  • 4 tbspD’Lecta table butter
  • 3Chopped Garlic
  • 2Chopped Green chilli
  • 1/2 tbspCoarsely ground Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • A handful Chopped Parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Grated D’Lecta mozzarella cheese
Step 1

Preheat an oven at 200°C.

Step 2

Slice the baguette diagonally of approximately 1 cm thickness.

Step 3

AMix together the butter, garlic, parsley, chilli, black pepper and salt.

Step 4

Apply this butter to all the slices on one side.

Step 5

Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes or under a hot grill until golden.

Step 6

Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top of the bread slices.

Step 7

Bake it again for a minute until the cheese melts.

Step 8

Serve hot.
