Jalapeno And Cheddar Dip
- 1 cupDlecta Dairy Cream
- 50 gmsDlecta Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tspDlecta butter
- 1/4 cup each, choppedColoured peppers
- 1 tbspJalapeno chillies
- 1 tbsp, choppedSpring onion greens
- To tasteSalt
Boil the cream in a pan and add grated cheddar cheese to it and whisk until smooth.
Heat butter in a separate pan, add the peppers and saute for 30 seconds.
Add salt and mix well and add the cheese sauce to the peppers along with the jalapenos.
Mix well , add the spring onion greens and serve as a dip with nachos / vegetable crudites / lavashe / crackers.
