Jalapeno popper cheese balls
- 100gD'lecta cream cheese
- 10gJalapeños (diced & drained)
- 10gGreen chillies, chopped
- 1/4 tspGarlic
- 1/4 tspSalt
- 50 gD'lecta natural cheddar cheese(shredded)
- 1/2 cup Panko/normal bread crumbs
- 1 tbspD'lecta unsalted butter
- 1 tspPizza seasoning
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, diced jalapeños, diced green chilies, garlic, salt and cheddar cheese.
Form into a ball shape and chill for about 15 minutes in the fridge.
While the cheese ball is left to chill, melt butter in a saucepan. Once butter is melted add panko/normal bread crumbs and pizza seasoning toast, stir constantly until golden in color. Take off the heat and let it cool completely.
Once bread crumbs have cooled and cheese balls have chilled, roll and cover the outside of cheese ball with toasted panko/normal crumbs. Cover and keep chilled in fridge until ready to serve. Refrigerate any leftovers. Serve with crackers.
