Add shredded mozzarella with cream cheese microwave for 1 min and mix well.
In a bowl, Add almond flour and egg, microwave for 30 sec.
Mix salt and seasoning in the flour and form a dough.
Arrange one baking tray with parchment paper.
Apply oil on your palm and flattened the dough in a round shape with your finger tips on baking tray.
Poke pizza base with fork so it will not pop up.
Bake base on 200’c for 15 minutes or till the golden brown colour.
Flip the base and apply pizza sauce with mozzarella cheese and saute mushroom (you can add other veggies of your choice).
Bake for more 10 mins or till golden colour.
After baking garnish with basil leaves.
