Keto Wrap with Melto
- 1/2 cupCoconut flour
- 2 tbspAlmond flour
- 1/2 tspBaking powder
- 1 cupLuke warm water
- 50 gmsRomaine or iceberg Lettuce
- 5-6Cherry tomato
- 3-4 slicedOlives
- 20 gmsDlecta unsalted butter
- 2 slicesDlecta melto cheese
- 10 mlOlive oil
- 10 mlLemon juice
- To tasteSalt
- To tastePepper
Mix coconut flour, almond flour and baking powder.
Add luke warm water and form a dough if needed add some more water.
Take small portion, roll out like roti and cook on tawa with butter till golden brown.
Clean and wash the lettuce in cold water. Drain out all the water.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
Cut the cucumber into dices.
Mix all the vegetables together.
For the dressing: Whisk together olive oil, lemon Juice, salt and pepper.
Pour over the dressing on the salad.
Take the wrap and arrange melto slice.On top of that make a row of above mix veggies at the centre.
Fold in the sides to seal in the ingredients and roll up tightly to make a big cigar.
Cut in half and serve warm.
