- 1 tbspPasta sauce

- 1D'lecta Melto cheese
- 1Boiled potato
- 20 gms,boiledGreen peas
- 1,choppedGreen chilli
- A handfulFresh green coriander
- A pinchChilli powder
- A pinchSalt
- A pinchJeera powder
- 2 tbspBreadcrumbs
- 2 cups to deep fryOil
First, make the mixture for the burger.
Peel the boiled potato and mash it with the palm of your hands.
Add the grated carrots, peas, sweet corn, green chilli, fresh green coriander, chilli powder, salt, pepper, jeera powder and bread crumbs to the potatoes and mix well.
Form a ball of this mixture.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry the burger patty in it until golden and crispy.
Once the patty is fried, keep it aside and start assembling the burger.
Assembling: Slice the burger bun in half.
Apply mayonnaise on one half and pasta sauce on the other.
Put a leaf of lettuce, slice of tomato, onion and cucumber.
Put the fried patty on top of the veggies.
Place a slice of Melto cheese over the burger patty.
Cover the patty with the other half of the bun.Serve.
