Mozzarella Cheezy Kulcha
- 3gBread improver
- 200gDlecta Mozzarella cheese
- 10gSesame seed
- 10gChopped coriander
- 5gChopped chillies
Take a bowl and sieve flour in it. Mix salt & bread improver with flour and form a well.
In another bowl mix yeast & sugar with lukewarm water. Pour yeast mixture along with curd in the flour.
Knead a soft dough. After the dough is kneaded, cover the bowl with a cloth. Leave it for proofing for 30 minutes.
Combine together chopped green chilies, coriander & sesame seed.
Take mozzarella cheese in a bowl & keep it aside.
Take out 80g balls from the dough & stuff them with 20g D'lecta mozzarella cheese. Roll balls in a round shape like a chapati.
Sprinkle some coriander, chilies, sesame seed mix on top of that. Keep for proofing for the next 10 minutes.
Bake these kulchas at 180°C for 10min until light brown in color. Remove from oven & serve hot.
