  • 100 grmBoiled rajma
  • 1, fine choppedOnion
  • 1, fine choppedCapsicum
  • 1, fine choppedGreen chilly
  • 1, fine choppedTomato
  • 2, fine choppedJalapeno chillies
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • A handful, choppedCoriander
Step 1

Heat the butter in a pan and saute onions, green chilli and capsicum for a couple of minutes.

Step 2

Add tomatoes and mix for a minute.Switch off the flame and remove the vegetables in a bowl.

Step 3

In pan take butter and saute rajma, add vegetables, cumin powder, jalapeno chilies, salt and coriander.

Step 4

Arrange the nachos on plate and add grated melto slice on top.

Step 5

Sprinkle all veggies with rajma.

Step 6

Keep in oven 200 °c for 10 minutes or till the melto cheese melts.

Step 7

Serve immediately.
