  • 200 gDlecta cheese sauce
  • A handful, choppedIceberg lettuce
  • 20 slicesRed pepper/Jalapenoes
  • 10, cut into halvesOlives
  • 1/2, dicedRed pepper
  • For the salsa
  • 2, pureedTomato
  • 1, choppedCucumber
  • 1, choppedOnion
  • 2, choppedJalapeno chillies
  • A handful, choppedCoriander
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • For guacamole
  • 1Avocado
  • 1/2, dicedTomato
  • 1/4, choppedOnion
  • A handful, choppedCoriander
  • 1, choppedGreen chilli
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • To tasteSalt
  • A pinchPepper
Step 1

For the guacamole, peel and crush the avocado with a fork or in a mortar and pestle.

Step 2

Add the rest of the ingredeints and mix well. Keep aside.

Step 3

For the salsa, mix together all the ingredeints and keep aside.

Step 4

For assembly, divide the nachos in 4 plates.

Step 5

Put some lettuce, olives, pepper and jalapenos on top of them.

Step 6

Pour the cheese sauce on top and serve with guacamole and salsa.
