- 30 gDlecta Unsalted Butter
- 37 gDlecta Cream Cheese
- 25 gDlecta Mousse Mix
- 10 mlDlecta Premium Milk
- 50 gDlecta whip topping
- 50 gPineapple Glaze
- Chocolate garnishingFor decoration
Crush the digestive Biscuits using the rolling pin until fine.
Melt the butter and mix with the crushed digestive biscuits.
Take a shot glasses put the mixer on the base of the glass.
Chill the glass in the refrigerator until you make the filling.
For the filling, soften the cream cheese slightly.
Beat the non dairy whip topping until peaks are formed.
Fold the whip topping with the cream cheese until uniformly mixed.
Fill the mixture in the piping bag.
Put the mixture on the top of the biscuit base and tap the glasses.
Fill the pineapple glaze in the piping bag.
Put the glaze on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.Decorate it with chocolate garnishing
