Pesto With Feta Cheese Spaghetti
- For Pesto Sauce:
- 100 gmsFresh basil leaves(blanched)
- 30 gmsPine nuts
- 1, choppedGarlic clove
- 50 gmsOlive oil
- 50 gmsDlecta Parmesan cheese
- As requiredSalt
- For Spaghetti:
- 150 gmsSpaghetti
- 5-6Cherry tomato
- 1-2Basil leaves
- 100 gmsDlecta feta cheese
- 20 gmsDlecta butter
In a food processor place basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese.
Process until a smooth, thick purée forms, about 1 minute.
Stir with olive oil. Season to taste with salt.
Cook spaghetti according to pack instruction.
In a pan heat butter with cooked spaghetti and cherry tomato.
Toss with pesto sauce until spaghetti is glossy and well coated with sauce.
Sprinkle feta cheese on top.Serve hot.
