- 1 tbspDlecta unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp, choppedShallots
- 2, choppedGarlic
- 2 tbspWhite wine
- 100 mlDlecta cream
- 300 gDlecta cheese spread
- To serveCubes of bread
Heat butter in a pan.
Add the shallots and garlic and sauté for a minute.
Add the white wine and let it evaporate.
Add the cream and the cheese spread.
Mix with a wooden spoon until smooth.
Serve warm on a fondue pot with cubes of bread.
