Return Policy

What is the Return policy ?

Our Quality assurance team checks the quality of all the ordered products before they reach you. If you face any issues you may write to us at customercare@dlecta.com within 24 hrs of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and take corrective and preventive action.

NOTE :

Complaints, under the following instances, cannot be accepted by us for Return:

  • Damages due to mishandling of product.
  • Products with tampered or missing labels.
  • Once opened the product will not be returned.
