- 2-4 dropsVanilla essence
- 50 mlDlecta Premium Milk
Boil the carrot and green peas separately.
Make a fine puree of carrot and green peas by adding 25 ml milk in each separately.
Whip the dlecta dairyfree whip topping and keep it aside.
In a double boiler method , add eggs and whisk till you get soft peaks and then add sugar and whisk till sugar gets dissolved.
Mix the whip cream with the eggs mixture properly.
Divide into 3 parts, 2 parts with 30 grm and 1 part with 40 grm.
Add carrots puree and green peas puree in 2 parts of 30 grm each and add vanilla essence in 40 grm of whipping mixture.
Take a mould of any shape: first add carrot misture, second add vanilla mixture and lastly add the green peas mixture.
Put the mould in refrigerator for 7-8 hours to freeze.
Demould and serve chilled.
