For the filling

  • 16Multigrain bread slices cut into 3cm diameter rounds
  • 75 g or 1/2cup D’Lecta cream cheese
  • 100 gSmoked salmon
  • 1 tbspSesame seeds
  • Freshly crushed black pepper
  • A small bunch Chives
Step 1

Preheat an oven at 180°C.

Step 2

Toast the bread slices in the oven for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Mix the D’Lecta cream cheese with freshly crushed black pepper in a small bowl.

Step 4

Spread the cream cheese on top of the toasted bread.

Step 5

Tear the smoked salmon with your hands and divide evenly on top of all the toasted bread.

Step 6

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the salmon.

Step 7

Garnish with 1 inch long chives on top of each toast.
