        • 125 gSelf raising flour
        • 50 gDlecta Unsalted Butter
        • 250 gDlecta Cream Cheese
        • 100 gDlecta Dairy Cream
        • 1/2 tinCondensed Milk

        • 100 gDlecta Dairy Cream
        • 1/2 tspBaking soda
        • 1 tspBaking powder
        • 75 mlWater
        • 500 gStrawberry
        • 1/2 cupSugar
        • 1/4 cupIcing Sugar
        Step 1

        For making the base

        Step 2

        Mix butter, condensed milk and water together in a bowl

        Step 3

        Sieve in the self raising flour, baking soda and baking powder in the same bowl and mix well.

        Step 4

        Pour into a prepared cake tin and bake at 180°C for 20-25 mins

        Step 5

        Check if the toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of the cake.

        Step 6

        Cool completely and slice into 2 or 3 layers.

        Step 7

        Prepare a strawberry jam by pureeing strawberry and boiling it with 1/2 cup of sugar, till it is thick. Cool it completely.

        Step 8

        Melt white chocolate with Dlecta Dairy cream in 1:1 ratio and prepare a ganache. Chill it.

        Step 7

        Prepare a frosting by whipping the cold cream cheese with icing sugar.

        Step 8

        Beat till it is combined well n smooth in texture.

        Step 9

        Add the cold ganache and whip till light and smooth.

        Step 10

        Assembling the cake:

        Step 11

        Take a layer of cake, pipe a ring around the edge with the creamcheese frosting.

        Step 12

        Spread the strawberry jam in the middle of the layered cake.

        Step 13

        Put some finely chopped strawberries on top.

        Step 14

        Cover with the creamcheese frosting and put another layer of the cake on top. Repeat steps.

        Step 17

        Cover the cake with the remaining creamcheese frosting completely.

        Step 18

        Decorate it with Red, white or pink hearts.
