Tomato Feta Omelette
- 10Egg whites
- 100 gms, choppedSpinach
- 50 gms, choppedOnion
- 20 gms, choppedSpring onion
- 10 gmsDill leaves
- 50 gms, choppedTomatoes
- 30 gmsDlecta butter
- 100 gmsDlecta feta
- As requiredSalt
- As requiredPepper
Beat egg in a medium bowl, season with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
Add spinach and chopped onion and cook until spinach is cooked.
Pour eggs over spinach mixture and cook until edges and bottom are just set, about 30 seconds.
Top with spring onion and dill leaves then tomatoes and feta,and transfer pan to oven.
Bake until omelette is golden brown and center is set.
