  • 2 tbspDlecta unsalted butter
  • 1, slicedOnion
  • 1, slicedRed pepper/Green pepper
  • 6-7, slicedMushrooms
  • 2, slicedTomato
  • A handful, choppedCoriander
  • 4-5, slicedJalapeno
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • 1 tbspFajita seasoning/Chaat masala
  • 80 g, gratedDlecta Cheddar Cheese
  • To tasteSalt
  • A pinchPepper
  • To serveSalsa
  • To serveGuacamole
  • To serveSour cream
Step 1

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan.

Step 2

Add the onions, red pepper and mushrooms and saute for 2-3 minutes on high heat.

Step 3

Add the tomatoes and mix well.

Step 4

Let it cook for 3-4 minutes, then switch off the flame and add jalapenoes, coriander, cumin powder, fajita seasoning, salt and pepper.

Step 5

Let it cool a bit and then mix the grated cheese in the mixture.

Step 6

Heat the remaining butter in a pan.

Step 7

Warm the tortillas in the pan one by one.

Step 8

Fill the tortillas with the vegetable and cheese mixture and roll.Serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
