- 200g overnight soaked chickpeas
- 1/2 red onion (fine dice)
- 1/2 Cucumber (fine dice)
- 1/2 yellow peppers (or roasted red, roughly chopped)
- 56 gm D’lecta Feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed and minced)
- 1 handful fresh basil (torn)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 30 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 175 gm Cherry tomatoes (half cut)
- Black pepper & Salt (to taste)
THE PERFECT SALAD CHEESE RECIPE
- Cut all ingredients and soaked chickpeas in bowl
- Crumble D’lecta Feta cheese into it
- Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt & black pepper and mix it well
