Chickpea Feta Salad

  • 200g overnight soaked chickpeas
  • 1/2 red onion (fine dice)
  • 1/2 Cucumber (fine dice)
  • 1/2 yellow peppers (or roasted red, roughly chopped)
  • 56 gm D’lecta Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed and minced)
  • 1 handful fresh basil (torn)
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 30 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • 175 gm Cherry tomatoes (half cut)
  • Black pepper & Salt (to taste)

The Perfect Salad Cheese Recipe


  1. Cut all ingredients and soaked chickpeas in bowl 
  2. Crumble D’lecta Feta cheese into it 
  3. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt & black pepper and mix it well
