Return Policy:
Our quality assurance team checks the quality of all the ordered products before they reach you. If you face any issues you may write to us at consumercare@dlecta.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and take corrective and preventive action.
NOTE :
Complaints, under the following instances, cannot be accepted by us for return:
- Damages due to mishandling of the product.
- Products with tampered or missing labels.
