No. Registration on D'lecta.com is absolutely free.

You can surf without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place order.

Each email address can only be associated with one D'lecta account.
e) Can i add more than one delivery address in an account?
Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your D'lecta account. However, remember that all the items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate order.
f) What is 'Account Dashboard'?
'Account Dashboard' is your account dashboard where you can view your personal information and addresses.
g) How can i change password?
You can change password from My dashboard option, in the Account Dashboard page.

Wishlist provides a great way of keeping track of what you want – even if the items are not in stock you can add items to your wishlist and place order later on.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

c) How do I add or remove products after placing my order ?
Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications to the order placed. Please contact our customer support team for any modifications of order.
d) What is the minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value for delivery. Shipping charges of Rs.50 will be charged for orders below Rs 1000.
e) How do I know if I placed my order correctly ?
Upon successful completion of the order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email id.
a) How can i make payments on D'lecta.com ?
D'lecta accepts multiple modes of payment for your order. We presently accept online payments like credit cards, debit cards, net banking, paytm, Wallet and UPI.
b) Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on D'lecta.com ?
Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your card on D'lecta.com.A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.
c) Are there any hidden charges when i make a purchase on D'lecta?
There are no hidden charges applicable on a D'lecta purchase. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. D'lecta provides free delivery on order values above Rs 1000, any order value below Rs 1000 will be charged a shipping fee of Rs 50.
d) How can I view my receipt?
We handover the receipt to you at the time of delivery. Also you can look at your transaction history in the 'Billing agreements' tab in My Dashboard.
e) What do I do if the item is defective (broken, leaking or damaged) ?
Our Quality assurance team checks the quality of all the ordered products before they reach you. If you still face any issues with the quality of products, drop a mail to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 022-42313000 about the product with your order id within 24 hrs.
a) What is the Return policy ?
Orders once delivered cannot be returned unless for quality issues. Our Quality assurance team checks the quality of all the ordered products before they reach you. If you face any issues you may write to us at email@example.com within 24 hrs of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and take corrective and preventive action.
Complaints, under the following instances, cannot be accepted by us for Return: •Damages due to mishandling of product. •Products with tampered or missing labels.
Once opened the product will not be returned.

Once you are done selecting your products , click on checkout and you will be prompted to select delivery address. Your order will be delivered at your address next day(Excluding Sundays and National holidays) .If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration you will receive a call from customer service.
b) Do you deliver to my location ?
We deliver in selected localities across the city we are present in. You can check your pincode on the product page to check if we deliver in your area.
c) What if my order is not delivered ?
If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations) we shall endevour to call and inform you about the delay and seek your convience on the revised time of delivery.
d) Can i change the delivery location after placing the order?
No, it will not be possible for us to change the delivery location once the order is placed.
e) Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?
Apart from delivery charges, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown.
