Shipping policy

Dlecta delivers directly or via approved shipping partners to select pincodes Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune & Kolkata. Pincodes which are not deliverable are restricted from ordering. Delivery charges of ₹50 are applicable for orders below ₹1000. 

We endeavour to deliver either the same day or next day except on Sunday and National Holidays. However, incase of unforeseen circumstances it is possible that the order maybe delayed. Customers are given the option to get a refund in such a case.
