  1. Peel and grate the cucumber & squeeze tightly till all the excess liquid is removed.
  2. Whisk the D'lecta Cream Cheese and D'lecta Dairy Cream together, add the squeezed cucumber to it.
  3. Season with salt and lemon juice and add the chopped dill leaves.
  4. Serve with vegetable crudités or bread
