Cucumber Tomato Feta Salad

  • 2 Cucumbers Diced
  • 6 Cherry Tomatoes Halved 
  • 1 Thinly Sliced Onion
  • 50g D’lecta Feta Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Dill
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt to taste

THE PERFECT SALAD CHEESE RECIPE


  1. Add diced Cucumber to a large mixing bowl with the tomatoes, sliced onion, and feta.
  2. Sprinkle with the parsley and dill and drizzle with olive oil and balsmic vinegar.
  3. Toss to coat the mixture in the dressing and then salt to taste.
  4. Note: Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days
